Marinated Tri-Tip

Ingredients

Sterling Silver® Tri-Tip Steak, Jabanero Balsamic Vinegar, Mustard, Salt, Pepper, Fresh Garlic, Onion Salt

Directions

1) Place tri tip in a zip loc bag or glass bowl 2) Rub tri tip with dry seasons and fresh garlic 3) Let steak stand in refrigerator for about 20 minutes. 4) Add Jabanero Balsamic Vinegar & 1 Tbsp of mustard to tri tip. Coat entire steak in the mixture. 5) Let steak marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours or desired time. 6) Remove tri tip from marinade and place on a hot grill for desired tempature (rare, medium, medium well etc). 7) Once tri tip is removed from heat, let it stand for at least 10 minutes prior to slicing. 8) After tri tip has rested for 10 minutes, slice & enjoy.... Optional: drizzle a tiny bit of jabenero balsamic vinegar over tri tip slices.

Grilled Steak

Ingredients

2 lbs Sterling Silver® boneless steak
3 cups ketchup
1 T dry mustard
1 cup brown sugar
1 T chili powder
1 T liquid smoke
2 T vinegar

Directions

Mix all marinade ingredients in large bowl. Place steak in mixture, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours or more depending on your taste. Remove steak from marinade and grill it until internal temperature reaches 145°F on a meat thermometer.

Decadent Gorgonzola Grill Sauce

Ingredients

Your favorite Sterling Silver® cut of meat to grill
2 T butter
2 T or more crumbled good-quality Gorgonzola
1 green onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
Fresh ground black pepper to taste

Directions

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the butter, Gorgonzola, green onion, garlic and pepper. Warm it slowly for about 5 minutes, shaking the pan occasionally until the sauce is nice and creamy. This sauce may also be cooked on a cool part of your grill while grilling meat. Grill your meat to an internal temperature of 145°F (for medium doneness). You also can add pesto to the sauce and serve over pasta.

Boneless Grilled Steak

Ingredients

2 lbs Sterling Silver® boneless steak
3 cups ketchup
1 T dry mustard
1 cup brown sugar
1 T chili powder
1 T liquid smoke
2 T vinegar

Directions

Marinated Top Sirloin Steak

Ingredients

2 to 3 lbs Sterling Silver® Boneless Top Sirloin Steak
1/3 cup olive oil
1 T minced garlic
3 T red wine vinegar
1/3 cup shoyu sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Whisk marinade ingredients together in a small bowl. Place steaks in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over steaks and seal the bag. Place bag in casserole pan and refrigerate for 1 hour. Meanwhile, heat the grill to medium and rub the grates with cooking oil. Grill steaks for approximately 6 minutes on each side or until steaks reach an internal temperature of 145°F on a meat thermometer. Serves 4.

BBQ Beer Marinated Pepperoni Steak

Ingredients

2-4 lb, Sterling Silver Flank Steak
For Marinating;
3 bottles or cans of your favorite beer
3-5 cloves garlic, slivered
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
2 TBS finely chopped fresh parsley (dried parsley works too)
For Filling;
1 large package stick pepperoni or 16 oz sliced
1 lb pre sliced provolone cheese
1 lb mozzarella cheese round - sliced thick
Your favorite meat tenderizer
Toothpicks

Directions

Prepare marinate; Pour beer into large marinated pan or large casserole Add slivered garlic, basil, oregano and parsley Shake or stir to mix Prepare Sterling Silver Flank Steak; Lay Stirling Silver Flank Steak on large cutting board With very sharp fillet knife, slowly slice Stirling Silver Flank Steak into 2 pieces lengthwise so one will fit on top of other (stacked on top when sliced) Tenderize both sides of both slabs with your favotie meat tenderizer Add both slabs of meat to marinating liquid Marinate at least 8 hours (over night is best) shaking to coat occassionally) Prepare BBQ to a low even temperature (250 or so) Assemble Pepperoni Steak; Use large curved serving platter to avoid spills (or make large foil boat) Place one slab of Sterling Silver Flank Steak on platter Assemble in this order; 1 slab of Sterling Silver Flank Steak 1/2 garlic either cheese overlapping to cover all meat area except edges Pepperoni to cover all cheese Other portion of garlic Remaining cheese to cover pepperoni Remaining slab of Sterling Silver Flank Steak Gently pull bottom slab of Sterling Silver Flank Steak over all filling and secure on top slab with toothpicks (this may take 10-15 toothpicks) To Cook; Gently slide entire stuffed meat creation onto foil covered grill Cook approximately 20 minutes on low heat Do not let juices run out of foil Close grill lid and cook another 20-30 minutes until tender - Time will vary Remove from grill Pull excess foil around meat to completely cover Let rest for 15-20 minutes to set cheeses Remove toothpicks, slice across grain in serving size pieces as needed Serve and ENJOY!

Easy Sherried Sterling Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

1 lb. Sterling Silver beef sliced thin
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 med. sliced onions
1/2 C. dry sherry
1 tsp. ground nutmeg (or more if you like)
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper. or to taste
1/2 cube butter (1/4 cup)
1 pt. sour cream
rice or egg noodles
*note: serves 4. Double for hungrier guests!

Directions

Slice Sterling Silver beef into thin slices. Put into a bowl and mix with sherry, salt/pepper and nutmeg. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hrs. Saute onions and mushrooms in 1/4 C butter. Remove onion and mushrooms from pan. Set onion/mushrooms aside. Re-heat pan to med-high, saute the beef with the sherry/nutmeg mixture just until done. Mix with onions and mushrooms and pour into a covered casserole and bake at 350 for about 1 hr. When done, mix with sour cream and serve over rice or noodles. *note: nutmeg can be reduced. i just like alot of nutmeg.

Ingredients

Marinade Basque Norte
Sterling Silver Tri Tip Beef
Red potatoes on Grill
cube red potatoes
Olive Oil
balsamic vinegar
garlic powder

Directions

Marinade Sterling Silver Tri tip in zip lock back for 12 hour Line grill basket with foil put potatoes, oil, vinger and powder mix well grill with Tri tip or potatoes are soft.

Island Burgers

Ingredients

Sterling Silver ground beef

For the sauce:

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 cup ketchup
1 cup hoisin sauce
4 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
4 Tbsp. minced garlic
4 Tbsp. soy sauce

For the burgers:

1 lb good quality ground beef
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. soy sauce

4 hamburger buns
4 pineapple slices (fresh on canned)
1/3 cup of fresh cilantro leaves

Directions

Mix all sauce ingredients together. Set aside ½ cup to brush on the burgers as they grill. Mix the burger with spices and soy sauce. Form into four patties. Place on a hot grill and brush with ¼ cup of sauce. Turn after 5-6 minutes and brush with more sauce. Grill for 5-6 minutes longer, until desired doneness. Grill pineapple slices 2-3 minutes on each side. Spread some sauce on the bun, top with a burger, grilled pineapple slice and ¼ of the cilantro leaves. Pour on a little more sauce and place the top of the bun on the sandwich. Enjoy.

BBQ Bliss Tri-Tip

Ingredients

Sterling Silver Tri Tip
1 cup of soy sauce
1 tbs fresh grated ginger
1 tbs minced garlic
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1-2 tsp toasted sesame oil

Directions

Combine ingredients and marinate meat for 4-24 hours. Grill on BBQ unitl desired temperature (160- medium) Let trip tip rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Smokin Rich's Ribs

Ingredients

Sterling Silver pork or beef ribs, All Season, garlic salt, salt, pepper, cumin, dry jalpenos, butter

Directions

After meat ribs are at room temp add to both sides all season, garlic salt, salt, pepper, cumin, dry jalpenos, butter. Put on grill with apple wood chips at temp of 250. Let grill for 4 hours, pouring small amount of Budweiser over top every 30 minutes

Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

1-Pound of Sterling Silver lean beef such as filet or you can use sirloin
2-Tablespoons of margarine or butter
1-large onion chopped
1-pound of mushrooms
8-ounces of beef bouillon
3-ounces of white wine
2-Tablespoons of ketchup
1-2 teaspoons of garlic
2-tablespoons of flour
8-ounces of sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1-package of extra wide egg noodles

Directions

Melt butter in a saute pan Chop the onion and add to the pan Slice the mushrooms add to the onions and butter Saute until onion is translucent Remove onions and mushrooms set aside while you cook meat Slice meat thinly place in single layer in pan and brown. Mix ketchup, bouillon, and garlic Add all but 2 ounces to the meat in the pan. Cover and let cook on low for about 15 minutes. Add the mushrooms and onion to the pan. Mix the Flour with the remaining two ounces of ketchup mixture and the wine. Add to the pan and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook noodles and serve.

Sterling Silver Beef Kabobs

Ingredients

1-Pound of Sterling Silver Sirloin
2-ounce of Teriyaki and soy sauce
1-ounce of Worcestershire sauce
1-teaspoon of garlic
1-teaspoon of lemon garlic salt
1-Zucchini, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, onions etc

Directions

Trim and Cube meat to one inch squares Marinate with the Soy Sauce, Teriyaki, Worcestershire, garlic, lemon pepper Cut vegetables in sizes big enough to skewer Skewer alternating meat with vegetables Grill for about 8-10 minutes rotating during the grilling.
